I’m a bit of a haircare floozy; I never stick to one shampoo or conditioner for long. Nothing ever really wows me to the point of repurchasing, and I find that switching up my haircare tends to give my hair a new lease of life – placebo effect or not.
I’d heard some pretty good reviews of the OGX haircare range, and I can’t deny that the huge range of options intrigued me. I spotted the OGZ Sensually Soft & Tsubaki Blossom Shampoo in my local Boots and it looked beautiful. Do I need Tsubaki blossom and bamboo oil in my hair to make it as soft as a flower petal? Yes, I think I do.
All joking aside, it sounds like these ingredients are pretty good for your hair. Tsubaki oil is meant to soften and nourish the hair, while bamboo oil contains silica which is great for retaining strong hair.
After a number of weeks of using this product every other day to wash my hair I can confirm my hair feels soft and silky. My flyaway baby hairs are also kept tamed when I use this, and I like that this product doesn’t contain as many sulfates as usual shampoos.
I picked up the conditioner too and this works well as a conditioner and a hair mask if you hair needs that extra bit of hydration.
Both of these products smell beautiful and very luxurious. The price tag is hefty for a drugstore shampoo & conditioner, however the results are gorgeous and I’d definitely repurchase if I wanted to give my hair a treat.
